The O.D.C has regional elected structures (sections at municipal and rural level, local bureaux at delegation level) headed by regional bureaux at the level of each Governorate. The whole is linked to a national elected bureau which is the supreme instance of the organisation. These structures are presented as follows:
» National Bureau elected each 5 years by the national congress;
» Regional Bureau, per Governorate, elected by a regional assembly each 5 years;
» Local Bureau, per delegation, elected each 3 years;
» Section, per municipality or rural centre, elected each 2 years.
All the services rendered by the members of different structures are free and voluntary works

National councils :
So as to insure the necessary harmonisation and cohesion between the national and the regional structures in order to guarantee the good working of the organisation programs as fixed by national congress, a national counsel composed by members of the national bureau and the presidents of the regional bureaux is held at least once each quarter to look through the actions taken by the O.D.C, decide the measures aiming to inspire with energy the role of the organisation and traces the actions to undertake during the next months.
